ROCKHILLS' ROXIE
We call this mare "Torreya". She has beautiful markings and a gorgeous head. She sports one blue eye and a large snip. Her first foal born here on our farm was in 2001, a filly we named Kenda". She is a medicine hat overo. The foal's sire is the same as the sire of our tri-colored pinto mare, Hannah. In 2003 Torreya had our first Keegan son: Keaton. In 2004 she had an absolutely gorgeous filly who looks just like her Mama. She was Nokosi's first offspring and we named her"Nokoya". She will not be leaving this farm. 'Reya had a bay pintoloosa in 2005. We named him Toccoa which is a Cherokee name meaning BEAUTIFUL. He was the first by our "few spot" app. "Mikasi". We are hoping to get a daughter of hers from that stallion, and one by our overo stallion, Sakima. Torreya is a beautiful mare.
