TORREYA'S GREY FOX KENDA
This little one was born September 7th, 2001. She is a medicine hat paint. She has a little color in her tail, and has light blue eyes. According to Indian folklore, horses that were marked with only color on the top of their heads had special powers. They were highly revered by all, and usually only the chiefs were honorable enough to ride these horses. It was believed that the person riding such horses would be immune to harm. The name Kenda means "spiritual powers" in Dakota Indian. This filly has the same sire as our tri-colored pinto mare, Hannah. She can be registered with the "Medicine Hat Horse Registry" (MHHR). Kenda has been sold and lives at Outback Farm in Qincy, Fl., but we will be able to see her whenever we want, and look forward to seeing her offspring.
